A small scenario set with case count and complexity fixed in the proposal.
Clinical review against agreed criteria and source material.
A prioritised findings register and one handover discussion.

Implementation, multiple reviewers, statistically powered studies and additional review rounds are outside this example scope.

Integration effort, access, repeated runs, revisions and test-set size are priced explicitly. This is not a promise of improved accuracy.

A defined monthly allocation of hours and scheduled review sessions.
Agreed priorities, response arrangements and deliverables.
Separate approval for work beyond the allocation.

No unlimited access, emergency cover or named Clinical Safety Officer appointment is included. Minimum term, unused time and cancellation arrangements are agreed in writing.

We confirm fit, intended use, inputs, confidentiality, availability, deliverables, revision limits, fee, any VAT and payment terms in writing. Larger or more complex work may sit outside these indicative budgets. This website takes no payments.
