Who runs this website?
Rumney Clinical presents the independent consultancy services of Rob Rumney. The site is not operated by the NHS, a university or any current or former employer.
Making an enquiry
The form states which enquiry route is available before you submit. With online delivery enabled, it sends your name, email, optional company and referral source, project choice, project overview and privacy acknowledgement to the website's enquiry service. Resend processes the message for delivery to Rob's enquiry inbox. A confirmation means the delivery service accepted the message; it does not guarantee inbox receipt. We use your details to reply, assess suitability and discuss the proposed work. No enquiry database is maintained by this website.
Please don't use the public enquiry route to share patient-identifiable information, confidential datasets or sensitive business information. Separate governance and suitable written arrangements are needed before any sensitive material is reviewed.
If online delivery is unavailable, the form instead prepares a draft in your own email app. You choose whether to send it. The form labels that route explicitly, and direct email remains available.
Enquiry handling is based on taking steps at your request before a possible contract, and legitimate interests in responding to business enquiries and preventing abuse where appropriate. Messages are not used for unsolicited marketing. Resend and the inbox provider process correspondence under their applicable terms; provider information is available at Resend privacy information. Technical service logs may be processed by the providers; application logs do not intentionally include enquiry text or contact details.
Hosting and cookies
This site is hosted on Vercel. The hosting service may process technical logs, including IP addresses and request metadata, to deliver the site and keep it secure. The public site does not currently run advertising trackers or third-party analytics. Protected preview links may use Vercel access cookies.
Retention and your rights
Correspondence is kept only as long as needed for handling enquiries, potential service agreements and relevant legal or accounting purposes. It is never sold or used for marketing lists. You can request access, correction or deletion where applicable under UK data protection law by emailing robertrumney1@gmail.com. You may also raise a concern with the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.
Scope of services
The interactive walkthrough and demonstration diagnostic use fictional material. Neither is commissioned work or evidence of measured model improvement. All illustrations are fictional and educational. Clinical AI evaluation, prompt improvement, testing and advisory services are subject to a separate written scope. They do not replace clinical governance, healthcare professional decisions or formal regulatory certification.
